This form is provided to offer a quick and dirty way to record some hand history information for live table Texas Hold’Em sessions. It will not be quite as comprehensive as hand histories from online sessions, but the primary objective is to keep it simple and un-intrusive.

Use the buttons representing the 169 possible pocket hands to start an entry for the history. Pairs are shown diagonally from top left to bottom right. Unsuited hands will be to the left and suited hands will be to the right. Each time you press a button, it will start recording a new hand. If you made a mistake, use the Undo Hand button to remove it. Once you start another hand it will not be possible to remove the earlier one without first removing all later hands.

The buttons that record hand actions should be self-explanatory with minimum practice. They record actions for the currently selected hand so remember to finish recording the current hand before selecting the next one. The hand results and session results are for display only and updated automatically. The user notes text box is for you to add any (brief) notes desired. This might include the board cards, winning player, winning hand or whatever might help review the hand later.

The session results can be saved in a text file that will be shown in a separate window or emailed. You can enter the email address just before it is sent from within your email client or by adding the following URL query string “?EMAILTO=MyEmailAddress.com”

This will have a few lines of summary information such as the ranking of all hands dealt, VIP, showdown, win, lose, split, and such. This is followed by a line of information for each hand entered. This also has the seat position (if provided) and user notes that were entered.

Each time new history information is updated it is also saved in a cookie. If the sessions is disconnected and re-connected within two hours the cookie will be retrieved and an attempt is made to recover the current history.

The Reset All button will clear all current history entries and purge the cookie.
